Made with only 6 ingredients, these triple berry ice pops are loaded with berry flavour! They’re naturally sweetened with the goodness of berries and honey (or maple syrup) and are such a fun frozen treat! These homemade ice pops are sure to be your go-to this summer.
Now that we’re heading into the summer season, I’m all about frozen treats! You too?
Just like cherry vanilla ice pops or mint chocolate chip banana ice cream, these frozen berry pops are a favourite.
They’re made with three types of berries (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries) with the addition of a little cream cheese. Talk about yummy!
These frozen fruit pops take minutes to prepare and the hardest part is waiting for them to freeze, but it’s so worth it.
Once you make your own, there’s no going back to store-bought!
Why We Love These Frozen Berry Pops
- They’re made with only 6 simple ingredients.
- Uses frozen berries so you can make them year-round if you want.
- They’re sweetened with honey (or maple syrup).
- Of course, they taste delicious!
How To Make Ice Pops
This recipe couldn’t be easier!
You basically put all the ice pop ingredients in a food processor, process until creamy, pour into the pop molds and freeze.
Patiently wait for 5 to 6 hours (or until set) and enjoy! Full details are in the recipe card below.
Tips for Making This Recipe
- The ice pop molds I used were about 5 ounces each. If your pop mold is smaller or larger, the quantity of berry pops you yield may vary.
- If you like things sweeter, you can add a little more honey or maple syrup to taste. You can taste the frozen pop mixture before pouring into your molds to see if it’s just right for you.
- Enjoy more of one berry over the other? Just sub out with more of one and less of another.
- I poured the mixture from the food processor straight into a measuring cup and then poured into the molds. Alternatively, you can simply spoon the mixture into the molds.
- When you are ready to enjoy these berry pops, run the mold under some warm water for a few seconds and gently jiggle them out of the molds.

Triple Berry Ice Pops
Ingredients
- 4 ounces light cream cheese, softened (½ of a 250-gram package)
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- ⅓ cup lemon juice, from about 2 lemons
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup, or more to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy (about 2 to 3 minutes). Depending on the power of your processor, you may need to add a tablespoon or two of water to the mixture to loosen or thin.
- Pour mixture into pop molds to fill line (you can pour in using a measuring cup or spoon mixture in). Tap on your countertop to ensure there are no air bubbles in the mixture once it is in the mold. You can also stir mixture with a wooden skewer to remove any air bubbles once it is in the molds. Place ice pop sticks in the molds and freeze for about 5 to 6 hours or until set.
- When ready to eat, run each pop under warm water for a few seconds or so at a time. Carefully jiggle the pop out of the mold to remove. Serve and enjoy!
