This creamy peanut butter banana ice cream is made with only four ingredients and couldn't be simpler! With the flavours of peanut butter and Nutella it's a delicious alternative to ice cream when you're craving a frozen treat.
2.5tablespoonsNutella(or your favourite hazlenut spread). Plus more for drizzling)
2tablespoonsvanilla almond milk(or milk of your choice)
Place all ingredients in a food processor, cover and blend until smooth (stopping to scrape sides with a spatula, as necessary). If you need to loosen things, you can drizzle in a little more milk shoud you wish.
Place mixture in a parchment paper lined pan or dish or freeze for 2 to 3 hours. Upon serving, you can drizzle additional Nutella and sprinkle peanuts over top, if desired. Enjoy!
To melt Nutella for drizzle garnish, place desired amount in microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds at a time, until desired consistency is reached.More recipe tips in body of post above.
