These no bake chocolate chai vegan protein balls take minutes to prepare and practically seconds to eat! They are loaded with wholesome ingredients like oats, protein powder and almond butter. Such a delicious treat.

1.5cupsoats(use gluten free if you want these to be gluten free)
1/3cupunsweetened cocoa powder
2tablespoonschai protein powder(or your favourite variety of vegan protein powder)
1/3cupcoconut oil, melted
1/4cuppure maple syrup
1/4teaspoonsmini chocolate chips(use 'vegan' variety if you want these to be vegan)
In a food processor add oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, and salt. Pulse until oats are mostly broken down/smooth.
To processor add coconut oil, maple syrup and almond butter and blend until combine, about 1 minute.
Add chocolate chips and pulse and 1 to 2 times. About a tablespoon form into balls. Place on a wax paper lined pan and place in fridge about 30 minutes before enjoying. They will firm up in fridge. Store in fridge as well. Enjoy!
