Blueberry Kale Smoothie {Vegan & Gluten Free}

This Blueberry Kale Smoothie is vegan and gluten free. It takes less than 5 minutes to make and has only 5 ingredients! Perfect summertime thirst quencher!

  • 1.5 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1.5 cup coconut water
  • 2 cups kale -loosely packed & leaves removed from steams
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup -or to taste
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • fresh blueberries -garnish, optional


  • Place frozen blueberries, coconut water, kale and maple syrup into a blender and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add chia seeds to blender and blend another 30 seconds to a minute.
  • Divide smoothie equally among two glasses and garnish with fresh berries (optional). Enjoy immediately.
