  • 2 bananas -in chunks, frozen
  • 2 cups blackberries -frozen
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup -or to taste


  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and combined. Portion and enjoy!
