Baked Camembert with Berries, Thyme and Wine
This Baked Camembert with Berries, Thyme and Wine is what dreams are made of. Creamy, luscious Comfort Cream camembert is topped with blueberry jam that has been mixed with a touch of wine, thyme, pepper and then baked. When it's removed from the oven, it's topped with fresh berries and walnuts. What you then have is oozing, melted cheese, perfect for slathering on some toasted baguette. Now that's good eats!

- 1 wheel camembert -your favourite
- 2 tbsp blueberry jam -your favourite
- 2 tbsp white wine -your favourite
- pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh thyme -roughly chopped, plus more for garnish
- few fresh blueberries
- few fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp walnuts -roughly chopped, optional
Preheat oven to 350 F With a sharp knife, carefully cut top off camembert. Prick top of camembert with tip of a sharp or fork knife 8-10 times. Mix blueberry jam with white wine, black pepper, and thyme and lay to one side.
Place parchment paper in brie baker and place cheese on top. Top cheese with blueberry jam mixture. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and top with berries, more fresh thyme (to taste) and walnuts (if using). Serve immediately with crusty, toasted bread. Enjoy!
