Mixed Nut and Seed Butter

This Mixed Nut and Seed Butter is a whole lot of goodness packed in one little jar!  It's all good-for-you ingredients that you can pronounce and nothing complicated.  There's a bunch of peanuts, cashews and almonds along with sunflower, pumpkin, chia and sesame seeds and a tiny peck of salt.  This one is going to be your new favourite thing to spread on toast!

  • 2 cups unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup unsalted almonds
  • 1 cup unsalted cashews
  • 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsalted raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  • Combine peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in processor and blend for about 10-15 minutes, stopping to scrape sides with rubber spatula as necessary.
  • Once mixture is smooth, add chia seeds, sesame seeds and salt and blend for about 1 more minutes. Pour into mason jars and store in fridge. Enjoy!
